Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
- Must be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
- Practical knowledge of Gujarat Laws is advantageous.
Selection Process
The Gujarat High Court Preliminary examination and Gujarat language test is a screening test the final Selection List will be created based on the total marks the candidate obtained in both the Main Written Examination and the Viva-voce (interview) Test.

Age Limit
- General category: Maximum age limit is 35 years.
